Board Members
The HRO sets out the constitution as per the guidlines set out by the Government's 'Modernising Trust Ports - A Guide to Good Governance'.
The constitution explains the appointment process for the Board. Essentially, members are sought to provide a mix of experience on the Board, including, but not limited to, the management of harbour shipping,navigation,commercial, financial, administration, sport and recreational use of the harbour, environmental conservation, local government and organised labour.
The Board comprises:
